This Man Trilogy Review

Young interior designer Ava O’Shea has an appointment for a first consultation at The Manor with the owner, Mr Jesse Ward. She is expecting nothing more than an overweight, cravat wearing, well-to-do countryman, and on arrival, nothing would suggest otherwise.
How wrong could she be?
This Man is devastatingly handsome, charming and confident. He is also a conceited, hedonistic playboy, who knows no boundaries.
Ava desperately does not want to be attracted to him, but she can’t control the overwhelming affect he has on her. Every instinct is telling her to run, so she does, but Jesse Ward is not so willing to let her go. He wants her and is determined to have her.
She knows she is heading for heartbreak, but how can she run when he won’t let her?

Last week sometime i put a shoutout on Fictional Boyfriends to find me a new love, i was in and dated with response but one name just kept popping up, Jesse Ward. Well i had started the this man trilogy before but it never took, maybe i was still hung up on another love? However, this time it just clicked, and i fell head over heels for this man.

We meet the lovely Ava who is sent on a job to decorate some of the rooms at the manor, upon arrival she meets the dreamy Jesse, the lord of the manor shall we say. The pair have instant chemistry, im not talking a little giggle and flirt chemistry but take your breath away tear each others clothes of chemistry. This is the start of a page turning and possibly the most frustrating relationship i have ever read.
The three books follow the pair as their relationship evolves and consumes them, their love is fierce which means their battles are fiercing, half the time i wanted to shout, scream and bang their heads together, every time Ava ran, or Jesse did something stupid i was ready to throw my kindle across the room. This isnt me slating the book, its showing how attached to the characters i had gotten.

I loved the conclusion of the book, but what i loved more, that even up until the end of book 3 their was plenty of twists and turns, and more than enough sexy time. It's like it had taken the best parts of Christian Grey & Gideon Cross and put them together to form Jesse Ward. Oh - it is love.
