Sunset In Central Park - Sarah Morgan || Review

In the chaos of New York, true love can be hard to find, even when it's been right under your nose all along… Love has never been a priority for garden designer Frankie Cole. After witnessing the fallout of her parents' divorce, she's seen the devastation an overload of emotion can cause. The only man she feels comfortable with is her friend Matt—but that's strictly platonic. If only she found it easier to ignore the way he makes her heart race… Matt Walker has loved Frankie for years but, sensing how fragile she is beneath her feisty exterior, has always played it cool. But then he uncovers new depths to the girl he's known forever and doesn't want to wait a moment longer. He knows Frankie has secrets and has buried them deep, but can Matt persuade her to trust him with her heart and kiss him under the Manhattan sunset?

Those who have been around this blog for a while will know how much I adore Sarah Morgans books - from her characters, to her descriptions to the sizzling men. This was bound to be no exception to the rule.I read the first in this series recently (Sleepless in Manhattan) and I adored it - it was a change from the coastal settings I had previously read but wonderful non the less.

Frankie stood out for me in the first book so I couldn't wait to get her story and hopefully her happy ending. After seeing all the disasters of love around her, its something Frankie is planning to steer clear of that, but with work in full blown love mode its making it a lot harder.

So when her practically life long friend Matt asks her to work alongside him - its a chance to step away from the wedding dramas work is bringing on focus on the things she loves, plants. The only problem is, Matt - theres something more there, and something that's almost as scary as all the wedding drama.

Sarah Morgan has done it again, she has developed characters that you want to hang out with, places you want to visit, and needing something to cool down with from all the swooning I'm doing. Its a wonderful read, and can be read as a standalone, but I feel much better having spent time getting to know the characters. Its already about time I revisit, and I recommend everyone else stops by.
