Love and Lattes at Pumpkin Hollow - Victoria Walters || review

I remembered my mum telling me that autumn was a chance for nature, and for people, to let go of anything that was holding them back…

Willow Connor has one shot to save her family’s farm – turning it into Birchbrook’s first ever pumpkin patch. There’s just one problem: she has exactly zero pumpkins and only six weeks to make it happen. Everyone in the close-knit town thinks she’s crazy, but she’s determined to prove them wrong.

Enter Dylan Henderson, a hotshot property consultant with a clipboard full of reasons why selling is the smarter choice. Determined to stand her ground, Willow makes him a bold offer – stay and watch her turn the farm around. To her surprise, he agrees.

Now, as Willow throws everything into making her pumpkin patch a success (even if it means buying every pumpkin in the county), she also finds herself learning a thing or two from Dylan – about business, about ambition… and maybe about love?

Will she save the farm and prove everyone wrong? And when the deal is up, will Dylan walk away – or has he found something worth sticking around for?

I absolutely love Victoria Walters at the best of times so when this very seasonal book appeared i knew i had to get  this one read. I am so glad I did, it was exactly what i needed, comfy, cosy and filled with Autumn vibes.

We meet Willow who's family farm is struggling, her dad is stressing and help seems to come in the form of Dylan who wants to buy the farm and land. It seems the logical solution but Willow doesn't want to sell and argues with her dad for a fight of six weeks to prove how she can support the farm all whilst Dylan argues why he should buy the farm.

What follows is a glorious seasonal read filled with delicious goodies, pumpkins galore and tension like no other between the couple. I loved this, Willow was fierce, strong and deep rooted in family and love. She really cares about the farm not just because its her home but because of the connections and memories it holds. So she is adamant this will work. However Dylan should be finding reasons for her to sell but instead ends up supporting her to follow her dreams.

Thats what i loved, watching the pair realise what really mattered to them both, what is important in life and what they want. Victoria had created a wonderful place, a wonderful community and wonderful characters and i cannot wait to return
