Wow. Can you fall in love with a fictional character? Because, i think i have. Theo Kane came to me at the time i needed him. I haven't read anything like this in the longest time, i have been on a thriller binge with a dose of seaside romance. So, delving into the dark and dangerous world of Theo Kane was an change of pace for me. 

Izzy hasnt had the best time of her life so far, but she has a job she loves and a best friend she can count on and days until her dream girls trip she makes the best of what she has. When she is walking home one day from a long day, the way she promised she wouldnt, but she just wanted to get home. She ends up finding herself in a horrible situation. But when this beast of a man steps in, she knows she should be scared, but she isnt. With this man she feels safe.

Theo Kane is a man who commends space, respect and no one can touch him, but somehow Izzy seems to be penetrating that barrier and making a place in his heart. His life so far has been as dark as Izzys and he needs help, but the only help he wants is from Izzy. 

As the couples relationship grows, so does the gap between them engulfed by the past and they must learn to deal with it before they combust. The Gentleman Sinner is beautiful. Its dark, disturbing but oh boy is it hot. There is plenty of swooning at Theo, Sizzling tension between the couple. Words can describe how much i feel for him and wanted to be besties with Izzy. She was fierce, feisty and her morals made her stand out as one bad ass leading lady, however her flaws made her vulnerable and realistic.

I adore Jodi Ellen Malpas books and i was beyond excited when i got the chance to read this as a gift. I am so grateful that it was remembered just how much i am a fan!
