Ooh boy this is what i needed, a quick fire round of sizzle with a gripping narrative alongside a swoon worthy leading man and an independent woman!
This is the fourth book in the The Business of Pleasure series which means i have 3 more to indulge in! I have read Taryn before and adored her writing style. This was no exception. I really loved this. Wes is released from prison for a crime he didn't commit but he must stay with his lawyer, his lawyer who also happens to be his ex. Passion was never a problem between the pair - communication was though and now the pair really rely on communication to solve the problems. Wes wants to figure out who framed him and Vivienne wants to keep him out of jail but what will happen when the pair are together but want these too different things?
This was just combustion in a book, the pairs passion and tension was undeniable but i also loved the story, the pair looking out for each other repeatedly as they both handled the situation from their individual perspectives. I just was instantly drawn in and obsessed with the pair. Can they handle the fallout this time round?
A hot quick fiery read that will have you needing to cool off rather quickly, falling a little in love with Wes and rooting for Vivienne. A great read!
