Struggling to find the perfect Christmas gift? Step into Romantic Daze …
Daisy Kirk is a sucker for a love story, which is why she opened up her gift shop – because there’s nothing that makes Daisy happier than when she’s helped a customer achieve their own ‘happily ever after’ by finding the perfect Christmas gift for their loved one. And she absolutely does not just sell ‘soppy presents and frilly pants’ as her brother’s infuriating best friend, Eli, is so fond of suggesting.
The sad fact is that whilst Daisy is helping others with their love lives, hers is non-existent. But when unusual circumstances take Daisy and Eli on a road trip from London to rural Wales, will she finally get the happily ever after to her own Christmas love story?

Review
Look at the title of this, if that isnt a bit of me then i dont know what is. Daisy loves love, and helps others find the most perfect gifts that express their feelings without words. For someone who is fantastic at her job and the shop is highly successful, she isnt so good at handling her own love and feelings. When life takes a turn, and she ends up on an adventure with her brothers best friend Eli - can Daisy get a chance to sort her own feelings out?
I really enjoyed this book, i feel however the gift shop was secondary to the story - it was a nice touch but for me it wasnt central to the plot. To me, the relationships & love was the main point combined with an epic spy style adventure that in parts had me laughing out loud. I liked Daisy - she was sweet, and stubborn at times, she has a great support network around her and i adored getting to know them.
This was a great read that at times was fast paced as we went on our journey, the festive vibes were maybe a little dulled down for my liking but then again like i said - i feel like that was on the back seat because the characters were the real stars of the show! Overall i enjoyed this read and i would certainly read more from the author.
